M12 Solutions is delighted to announce it has reached the finals of The Comms National Awards with all 3 of its entries into this year’s event.

M12 have been recognised for ‘Best Enterprise Cloud,’ where they case studied their customer Helping Hands Homecare who have seen massive growth relying on M12’s managed service support of their head office large branch network of Splicecom DBX and M12’s Giganet managed network. They made the final for ‘Best Customer Service’, where they described how they care for their growing client base with some distinctive attributes, securing market leading Net Promoter Scores. M12 have also been shortlisted for ‘Best New Business Win’ where they featured Harlands Group who had got in touch to cancel their support contract which they turned into a massive Omni Channel Contact centre deal which could see monthly revenues reach a total of over £5M by 2025.

The Comms National Awards are now in their 17th year and the organisers were astonished with number and quality of the entries. The Awards dinner is being held on 11th October when M12 will find out if it is successful in winning one or more awards.
