Here at M12 Solutions, we pride ourselves on providing the highest level of customer service and want to be the best single-source solutions provider for all your business telecommunication needs. To make sure we continue to achieve this, we wanted to hear what our customers think about us so we recently asked all of our customers to take part in our short customer survey with an incentive to win an Amazon Echo Dot.

How would you rate the service(s) you receive from M12?

The survey had a variety of questions, one being; ‘How would you rate the service(s) you receive from M12? Bad, Fair or Great?’ We are delighted that 82% of our customers rated our service as ‘Great’ and 0% rated it ‘Bad’. See the pie chart for the results.

We also asked our customers to tick the services they are aware M12 provides, including Mobile, Landlines, Wi-Fi, Phone Systems, Call Recording, Hosted Telephony, VoIP, SIP, Internet, Headsets, Contact Centre and Energy, followed by whether they would be happy to use M12 for all these services. We were pleased to discover 70% of customers who took the survey said they would be happy to use M12 for all of the services listed.

At M12 we are always doing our best to improve and we carefully reviewed all of the input we received. Thank you to all our customers who took part in the survey and for all of your feedback.
