Do I have to sign up to Direct Debit?
Ideally yes. This way, we can keep our prices low for customers and more efficiently process payments. If your business absolutely cannot pay using Direct Debit, then please get in touch and we can discuss alternative arrangements which will normally carry a surcharge.

Is this safe?
Yes. We use GoCardless to handle our Direct Debit processing. They store your bank details in their secure environment which means that we don’t see these, and instead we use a token when requesting payments.
When will you bill me?
We will always advise prior to any Direct Debit collection. For regular invoices, this is usually the 16th of the month, or the working day afterwards.
We will always advise you the amount and the date prior to collecting any Direct Debit payments by E-mail.

What happens if I disagree with the payment requested?
Please get in touch with us ASAP to discuss this. If there is an error we can cancel the specific Direct Debit collection against your account.
Please don’t cancel your Direct Debit mandate with your bank if you can help this, as this will take us longer to resolve.
