Our longest standing customer in this arena is Business Link Wessex where we account manage their maintained base of Avaya Index systems and their CTI which does contact centre blending for inbound calls and e-mails. They also have a "One Bill" solution for their Call Traffic, Exchange lines and also their Tele-workers analogue, ISDN and Broadband lines.
