Vision Recording from SpliceCom is the answer to 3rd party call recording solutions. No longer will you have to buy an expensive, feature-lacking, difficult to use and problem-prone recording solution. Vision Recording integrates with the automatic and/or manual call recording produced by the SpliceCom maximiser.
Call recordings are integrated into Vision Reports allowing them to be easily managed, searched for and played-back when ever necessary.
Vision Recording is intelligent in its ways, and will continue recording across transferred calls in different files, and will not record music-on-hold, thus there is no wasted recording space.
