SpliceCom have developed their own web-based application suite providing business critical information, where and when its needed - called SpliceCom Vision.

SpliceCom Vision allows business people to view the information that enables them to improve the way their company operates and the manner in which they can serve their customers.

Splicecom Vision is available to all current Splicecom users, including organisations with 41xx and 51xx series call servers and modules.

How does it work?

• A Mac mini is configured on your computer network, and SpliceCom Vision installed
• The SpliceCom Vision software connects to your exisiting or new SpliceCom Phone System
• SpliceCom Vision is available to users, just browse to the Mac mini's IP address in a browser and you can view Vision Reports, Recording, Live and Mobility.
• SpliceCom Vision is accessible remotely outside your organisations via the public Internet with a secure username and password log in. Ideal for users of the Apple iPhone and Blackberry who wish to use Vision Mobility

Hosted on a Mac mini

SpliceCom Vision is hosted on a Mac mini which acts as the server. This very energy efficient, rock solid device enables SpliceCom Vision to remain readily available on your computer network. It integrates perfectly in a Microsoft Windows envrionment too. Once it is set up, there is no management needed on the device. All the configuration is performed in a web browser.

Web dashboard

SpliceCom Vision gives businesses a web-based dashboard by which they can ramp up the levels of their responsiveness.

SpliceCom Vision is able to collect information on every department and every individual regardless of where they are, in the office or working from home. Likewise, real-time information can be delivered to department heads and managers totally independent of their location; via their smartphone, web browser, PCS 60 IP Softphone/Phone Partner or PCS 410, PCS 580 IP Screen Phone.
