Customers in the serviced office sector have been amongst the most significant for us through the last 4 years. M12 Solutions experience includes the account management associated with a 33 site - 8,000 port campus for a national serviced office provider. Their installed systems from the Avaya portfolio require continuous system changes undertaken with very short lead times.
Current serviced office projects include the provision of 2 high profile very large communications fit-outs for sites in Reading and The City of London. Here we designed the upgrade of Avaya Definity equipment to S8700 which is housed in Birmingham, with Reading and London becoming locally survivable gateways. This means that through Voice Over IP, M12 has helped its clients to create one system to manage for over 1200 users across the sites.
Also being provided to the same client is:
- an HP Data-comms solution to allow the Voice over IP Endpoints.
- CAT 6 Cabling (We completed for one of their tenants 483 outlets, installed, tested and terminated in just 1 week)
- A Unified Communications Platform, CallExpress to provide Voice Mail and E-Mail integration across all sites.
- A Wide area Managed WAN environment to provide 10mbps to each of their 4 sites with DSL back up inbuilt. (With a Mission Critical Service Level)
- A CTI Call Handling Application to provide a fully flexible operator call handling environment for businesses and individuals who reside within their office space.
