Customers in the serviced office sector have been amongst the most significant for us through the last 4 years. M12 Solutions experience includes the account management associated with a 33 site - 8,000 port campus for a national serviced office provider. Their installed systems from the Avaya portfolio require continuous system changes undertaken with very short lead times. Current serviced office projects include the provision of 2 high profile very large communications fit-outs for sites in Reading and The City of London. Here we designed the upgrade of Avaya Definity equipment to S8700 which is housed in Birmingham, with Reading and London becoming locally survivable gateways.
