Two different types of call server - (the main part to the phone system):

• Ideal for remote sites, SoHo and small businesses that are not expected to expand to over 8 users within the products lifespan or period of use

M12 Solutions can then easily change your services if you grow, adding multiple ISDN2's, or when cost effectiveness reaches the point where you need to have IDSN30, we can help supply this.

M12 Solutions can also help provide you a range of DDI numbers, so that each user in your organisation can have their own direct number. If your organisations grows so that the DDI range is not big enough, then we can easily expand this, or give you an alternate range whilst keeping your existing one.

Network Services - Internet Connectivity

Internet Connectivity is an absolute requirement for most businesses and the different services M12 Solutions can provide can tailor to your exact requirements, including usage and reliability.

To begin with a standard business ADSL connection may suffice, providing up to 8 Mb/s download and 800 kb/s upload speeds. However with increasing staff numbers, you may wish to regrade this (area permitting) to an ADSL2+ (Annex M) connection. An ADSL2+ Broadband Internet connection can provide up to 20 Mb/s download and 2.5 Mb/s upload speeds.

If you organisations expands further, and it is clear that ADSL/ ADSL2+ broadband Internet connections do not suffice, then perhaps a Leased Line solution may be required. M12 Solutions excellent partners can help provide Leased Lines to any part of the country with bandwidth ranging from 2 Mb/s to 1 Gb/s and beyond. With Leased Lines the download and upload bandwidths are synced, and contention is 1:1.
