M12 Solutions also has a growing reputation in providing network based pay as you use applications such as predictive dialling from Ultra Communications and network based call recording from Opal Telecom. Plus we can provide a network based contact centre which does not even need any on-site equipment. For sites which have typically, fewer than 60 agents where there is a smaller budget we supply the Splicecom Maximiser which can work with Callmedia or the lower entry cost, SpliceApps and SpliceQueue products.
