M12 Solutions Web Conference Service which we call Web21 (www.web-21.com ) is a much lower cost than other services and we feel ahead of competiors in terms of it functionality. For example with Web Ex the market leader, the audience members have to download sotware before they can recieve a presentation.

A Web conference to more than one person will require an audio conference to take place  aswell. If you need to present to more than 25 people at any one time then please call M12 for a tailored solution.

Audio Conference Easy steps:

1. Arrange a time for the call conference with your participants (40 max)
2. Decide on a pin access code (6-9 digits) - yes you think of your own number for the conference!
3. Communicate the 0870 443 1212 number and the pin access code to your participants
4. Call 0870 443 1212
5. Enter the 6-9 digit pin access code
6. Wait for the participants to join the conference

 Your pin number and the time you call in will make you unique. There is almost always capacity for conferences with up to 20 participants, any more it is always safer to call us first to confirm availability.

As of April 2007 we have around 30,000 call minutes per month using this service
