M12 Solutions provides BT Network Services, Gamma Telecom and Opal Telecom lines calls and numbers. NGN numbers are 0800, 0845, 0870, 0871 and 03xx numbers. 0800 and 0870 numbers will attract a pence per minute fee and a standing monthly charge. 0844 and 0845 numbers have a monthly standing charge and only gold and platinum users will get a rebate. 0871 numbers will get a 2p per minute rebate after your minimum has been reached. Additional services on 0800 numbers, 0844, 0845 0870 and 0871 numbers such as in network queuing, call recording, IVR call routing and user managed call reports will attract a minimum monthly fee of £50.
