M12 is proud to announce it's plan for growth has taken another step forward this month, with the increase of it's Sales team. Steve Bewers joined M12 in early April and will head the company's telemarketing activities. Steve joins with an excellent telephone based sales pedigree having most recently been generating sales, leads and contacts for one of M12's internet partners; Intergage. Steve's first month started by speaking to our existing customers and gathering vital customer service responses from them. The result was an overall 80% satisfaction level. This excellent result clearly points towards why M12 have a 100% customer retention level.
This month has also seen the arrival of David Blake. David has joined M12 Solutions to head up local sales and help ignite interest in the new Mitel range of telecomms equipment. He joins after 5 very successful years at Berkshire firm iCS Communications building on a total of 14 years of sales experience, predominantly in the telecoms industry. David states he chose M12 Solutions because of their approach to delivering excellent customer service as a model to drive business growth with a clear emphasis on delivering a complete solution for its customer's telecomms requirements. David commented, "Whilst M12 Solutions is a young firm, their reputation is becoming well known and I want to be a part of their growth through the next few years."
