Oxford based Pharmaceuticals advisory business, PharmaVentures, recently went live with a new 25 extension phone system for their new premises supplied and installed by M12 Solutions.
The purchase included a complete single source telecommunications service from M12 including BT ISDN lines, calls and ongoing service. The SpliceCom maximiser was chosen over various rivals due to two main reasons. The first reason was because that Pharma Ventures have a policy of buying British wherever possible, and the second is the maximiser's support of Apple Mac computers which Pharma use. The maximiser’s ability to have the partner application PCS 60 work seamlessly on Mac was not available elsewhere.
