M12 Solutions has won a significant order from Paperlinx, the Australian paper distribution conglomerate who own 5 major UK Paper distribution firms. M12 beat off competition from 6 of the main Tier 1 Carriers to secure the outbound call billing for Paperlinx firms. The order was won in spite of stiff competition; the Paperlinx procurement team were most impressed with the demonstrated skills and commitment by M12 Solutions. The M12 proposal was based on the provision of a complete communications solution which includes maintenance, new equipment and inbound call routing. The deal is valued at over £1.5 million over the coming 2 years, spans 67 sites and should ensure Paperlinx achieve significant call and infrastructure savings estimated at over £25,000 per month. |
