M12 Solutions are pleased to have completed its comprehensive Network Services Supplier Review to help the business have a competitive advantage through the coming years. This was completed at the end of September 2009. M12 Solutions resells telecoms network services for lines, calls, inter-site voice and data networks and internet connectivity.

Andrew continues, "we even have an agreement with Obsidian the GSM gateway services provider to route large volumes of corporate client’s calls to mobile destinations from just 3p per minute. In the mobile arena we were also able to confirm our current suppliers for O2 and Vodafone did in fact offer us the best deals to pass on competitive value for clients we connect up.”
M12 Solutions also sells phone systems from SpliceCom and ShoreTel, and recent benchmarking against Mitel and Avaya illustrates that the competitive pricing levels can be provided for all solutions. With the advent of the VoIP trunks replacing ISDN, the direct connectivity of SpliceCom is helping it to be somewhat more competitive than the competition. "Whilst some of the background detail associated with M12 providing a distinctive and excellent value telecoms solution might sound full of jargon and mystery, what we do particularly well as a business is to de-mystify and translate the technology into proper business benefits giving our clients a distinct competitive advantage."
