M12 Solutions has experienced a welcome resurgence in new phone system orders which clearly illustrates that organisations are feeling more confident about their own prospects. Business has arrived from a number of quarters including longer term opportunities which have been worked as well as firms who need to do something quickly because of a premises move.
Mostly M12 has sold the Maximiser System from Splicecom, together with new Network Services (fixed lines and calls) and Internet Connectivity.
Firms placing recent orders include a 2 site estate agency, a pharmacy organisation, a Southampton accountancy practice, a multi-site recruitment firm, a security firm, a wine distributor and a new financial advisor in Cardiff.
Andrew Skipsey explains, "some of these will be very interesting case studies once the systems are installed, and we are able to fully appreciate our client experience and the benefits of the new technology."
