- To further enhance our reputation with our long standing and loyal clients by helping them to develop best telecoms practice.
- To increase our communications to our target geographical and vertical markets as well as the growing and multi-site firms we've always served well.
- To develop our people and bring into the business new skills to make the above happen.
We are also convinced that our core partnerships with SpliceCom and ShoreTel as well as providing an excellent value Network Services desk remain key to our financial success. The re-investment of success into professional and client services is sure to help us further.
Andrew continues, "It really feels like I have been in this place before. Back in 1995 when I was a director of Southern Telephones we went through a buy-out and former IBM ers Jim Thatcher and Dave Bramley bought in. We then grew the business from £3m to £11m over five years, rebranded as Sotel and we "rode the wave" as businesses moved to the new generation of phone systems. Right now there is a similar "new wave" emerging where our latest VoIP systems and fast and low cost network services can drive differentiation and increased profitability for clients. We'll follow many of the same methods. The key then also follows for today, and that is to help clients make decisions easily and for us to be backed by an outstanding reputation for the longer term."
"What is certainly true is that many businesses who re-invent themselves towards the end of recessionary times do end up enjoying major success. £12m of annual sales by 2012 might be an ambition thwarted by the recession but it's a great target to go for, for the next few years." |
