Canada Life have placed an order with M12 Solutions to handle all their inbound non-geographic calls and their Call Recording requirements. The Call Recording is via Opal Telecom's Replay system and is effectively a pay as you use system which provides the majority of the functionality of hardware solutions at a fraction of the price. M12 Solutions have designed a network based solution which will help Canada Life deliver better and more focussed customer services to their intermediary clients.
