The recent announcement that as part of their re-shaping plans, Cable & Wireless are reducing their customer base from 30,000 to 3,000. From our research this is resulting in many firms being somewhat confused about their alternatives and what kind of business to replace C & W with. Many Cable & Wireless customers will have already received their 90 day notice serving letter in the post the last few weeks. In light of this M12 Solutions have set up a free phone helpline (0800 8778 177) to answer any issues and concerns worried Cable and Wireless business customers may have. M12 solutions' knowledgeable team will be on hand from 8am to 8pm to offer advice and inform people of their options helping to make this transitional period as easy as possible.
Andrew Skipsey, Managing Director of M12 Solutions stated: "The action taken by Cable & Wireless has been quite surprising, it would have been easy for Cable and Wireless to come to a suitable arrangement with a credible alternative provider rather than put the ball firmly in the court of its customers with no back up information or alternative providers in their mailing. The withdrawal of such a key service could have serious repercussions for any business if they do not engage with another provider. As an established telephone service provider we recognise this and this has led to the set up of our free helpline (0800 8778 177). We welcome businesses to call us should they have any concerns or simply want some straight forward advice on their options."
M12 Solutions research has discovered a mass of mis-information and even mis-representation by some telephone companies who have made calls claiming to be Cable & Wireless, when they are not and using strong arm tactics to persuade them to sign up to the new service. All advice from M12 Solutions is fully transparent and any Cable and Wireless customer who moves to us can have a 60 days cool off period, this will mean a decision can be made quicker than might otherwise be the case. |
