As the worlds of Telephony and IT increasingly encroach on each other, two hampshire based companies have joined forces to offer businesses a "fuller" more encompassing business technology solution. M12 Solutions, an expert in the Telecoms market, and EPS, a specialist in the IT services market, combined to offer a solution to a leading innovator in the Aerospace and Defence industry; CTD.
This collaboration was responsible for the total upgrade of both CTD's phone and IT system, which also involved ensuring the two systems were fully integrated. M12 and EPS have also supplied a combined maintenance agreement and disaster recovery package.
M12 Solutions and EPS hope this early success is the first step in a long and mutually benefitial relationship.
