A new appointment of Operations Manager has been taken up by Kevin Allen. Kevin joins M12 Solutions after a successful career with Cunard where he headed the UK IT Operation. Kevin is being tasked with adding depth to the M12 Solutions business processes and will drive our organisation towards ISO 9000. Kevin will also take a pro-active role in the ongoing customer service of our biggest customers and will help ensure Billing and Maintenance services continually exceed the service levels we have set. |
