Captec, a Southampton based technology firm, have just purchased a Splicecom Maximiser Communications Platform from M12 Solutions. A new phone system was required for their new premises and Captec, a very IT literate business, decided on The Maximiser because of its functionality meets both the wide area and local voice and voice over IP requirements of the business. This was an unusual sale for the M12 Solutions because Captec have decided to get fully engineering trained on the system which means their IT team will be installing and supporting directly, the system going forward. M12's account Manager, James Bruty says, Captec's MD Max Toti was very clear about the kind of system he was looking for and the kind of hands on management his IT team wanted. The M12 Solution, on this occasion was only products and training.
M12 Solutions is pleased to announce that its Network Billing will be enhanced to allow on-line access for Billing Queries - without having to wait for the itemised phone bill to arrive. Andrew Skipsey at M12 Solutions says "this enhancement will be a superb tool to help firms to manage costs and spot exceptions such as call misuse". M12 Solutions will also be able to include BT services such as ISDN lines in our One Bill Service through a BT Wholesale agreement which saves at least 5% for our customers' line rental charges. |
