M12 have just returned from this years Call Centre Expo. This exhibition, which took place at the NEC in Brimingham, is in it's 8th year and continues to draw top business people from every business sector interested in communications technology. This was M12's first appearance at the expo and was a great success.
M12 were sharing their stand with Portsmouth based communications partner, Ultra Communications. The stand was visited by hundreds of call and contact centre professionals, enabling M12 to demonstrate their product range to a large audience. Visitors were able to see live demonstartions of the Splicecom Phone System as well as enquire about any element of telecommunication.
M12 are currently in the process of contacting all of the delegates that approached them and arranging demonstations with them to aid their communication decisions. |
