M12 Solutions has been looking for a corporate product for some time, and ShoreTel are a US manufacturer who have become a significant player very quickly in the United States. M12 have tapped into ShoreTel's increased UK resources and overall presence.
ShoreTel VP for EMEA, Mark Swendsen, says "M12 Solutions have great useful experience in being able to supply to, and support the kind of end customer we target. We believe this will be the start of a fruitful and long term business relationship".
Andrew Skipsey, MD of M12 says "Our people are trained, we have committed to stock and our demonstration system, as well as making a big marketing push to find new ShoreTel customers. I haven't been as wowed by a new system since Index was launched back in 1996 - this will be big".
