What a busy 3 months! On top of some of our fantastic new contract wins outlined beneath we are continually trying to maintain high standards of response to keep our customers happy and loyal. In addition to new business wins, M12 's recurring income has increased to over £100k per month which helps our financial position, we are going Ltd early in the New Year and we expect to have our new web site up and running before Christmas. I attended CityIT which is a supplier forum held on the cruise Liner Aurora. There are quite a few excellent new opportunities which are being followed up now. Our clients overall understanding of communications technology is really increasing. We now educate IT and other business directors less these days, as most people now understand the power of Skype and expect all the functionality of their mobile phones to be available on the new office based system. M12 Solutions is growing. In January we are welcoming a new member of our operations team, David Stevens who will help Kevin with project co-ordination and provisioning network requests. Later in the first quarter we expect to build our sales team. |
