This area is for Existing Customers who can:

• Log System and Network Faults
• Track Fault rectification progress
• Create a report associated with Fault response and rectification
• Make a request for additional works (which will be time stamped so responses can be measured)

Access levels can be tailored for each customer and reports can be generated for multiple sites.
