Country-wide wireless broadband provider for Ireland, AEM Services chose M12 Solutions to provide a hosted telephone service for ther existing and new clients. The Maximiser system is now installed in the Ross Common Data centre and has completed field trials. M12 is using Linksys sip Voice over IP telephones which work alongside subscribers wirefree broadband service. The voice quality is amazing says "Steve Bluff, we have over 10,000 subscribers and we have a backlog of clients ready to take on the service. M12's approach has been methodical and innovative. There is huge potential to now take this service to developing countries where we are beginning to operate." Dave Stephen's of M12 who drove through this project says, "We designed a service to be lower cost than the main players in Ireland and to give added value of free calls between subscribers. On top of this we can react quickly as well as be flexible with businesses, for example we can install a local call server. The potential for this solution is huge and is likely to lead to M12 needing an office in Ireland. | ||

South Wales based Bridgecom, who were SpliceCom's fastest growing reseller last year have decided to cease trading. M12 Solutions became aware of the opportunity to take on the service of the existing SpliceCom customer base. In a deal which provided complete transparency for the Bridgecom customers, M12 Solutions who also use the engineering force of Networks First were able to do a deal which meant that no customers would be out of pocket. There were over 40 installations which had a contracted income of over £130k/ year.
