M12 Solutions was formed in August 2003 as a direct result of Azzurri Communications purchasing Convergent Systems. The business was spun out and was formed with an immediate customer base and team of industry experts. Business owner Andrew Skipsey was a former Director and Shareholder of Sotel who were purchased in 2000 and became Convergent Systems. There, Andrew was Sales Director and a main provider of new business as well as managing an account team who looked after a number of Convergents' major customers.

2003

• M12 Solutions formed in August 2009.
• M12 Solutions partners with Opal Telecom (now TalkTalk Business).
• M12 Solutions becomes a reseller of SpliceCom.

2004

• M12 Solutions receives Investors in People accreditation.
• M12 Solutions sponsor local football team, Brookfield FC.
• M12 Solutions wins a significant contract to supply multi-site telecommunication solutions to a major UK paper distribution firm.

2005

• M12 Solutions is a Finalist at the Comms Channel Awards.
• M12 Solutions wins "Best Multi-site Solution" at the SpliceCom annual reseller day.
• M12 Solutions Isle of Wight wireless radio network goes live.

2006

• M12 Solutions moves to 2,000 sq ft premises to The Belfry on the Solent Business Park.
• M12 Solutions wins "Reseller of The Year" at the Comms Channel Award.

2007

• The Azzurri agency agreement ends.
• M12 Solutions partners with CCT based in Bristol to provide Avaya based support.
  
• M12 Solutions grows in line with success. New staff help ensure each department is staffed to ensure great customer service.
  

2008

• M12 Solutions chooses to supply the ShoreTel Unified Communications Phone System.
• Professional Services are brought in-house. Comm21 is established.
• M12 responds to the downturn and recession appropriately to ensure a continued high level of service to existing clients, and remain strong to take on new business.
• M12 Solutions wins a local business community award for helping raise over £10k for the Cystic Fibrosis ward at Southampton General.

2009

• M12 Solutions continues to ensure business efficiencies improve, and consolidation occurs to remain in a strong position.
• M12 Solutions chooses O-Bit Telecom for network services.
• M12 Solutions chooses Griffin Internet for business-critical data services.
• There is continued success of our in-house professional services team, with customers having a direct, efficient and professional approach with M12.
• Keep21 will be launched in Q4 that will revolutionise the way customers interact with M12 Solutions services.
• M12 Solutions currently maintains over 140 telephone systems, including over 3,000 phones and 300 call servers/ switches. These customers range from mission critical call centres, to small high street shops.

2010

• Keep21 is officially launched to clients in Q2 and immediately demonstrates our exceptional service level.
• M12 Solutions wins SpliceCom's Highest Year on Year Growth award.

2011

• M12 Launches M12 Franchise
• M12 makes a significant drive to business data circuit products.
