Easy steps:
- Arrange a time for the call conference with your participants (40 max)
- Decide on a pin access code (6-9 digits) - yes you think of your own number for the conference!
- Communicate the 0870 443 1212 number and the pin access code to your participants
- Call 0870 443 1212
- Enter the 6-9 digit pin access code
- Wait for the participants to join the conference
Your pin number and the time you call in will make you unique. There is almost always capacity for conferences with up to 20 participants, any more it is always safer to call us first to confirm availability.
