Delivery of Systems, Our lead time is usually 6 to 8 weeks, although for smaller systems when the network services and cable structure are already in place we can often install within 2 weeks from the time your order is processed.
Delivery of additional works items including handsets and headsets. Our lead time is usually 48 hours and our pricing will include delivery, often if you place your order before 3p.m you can escalate to have a next day delivery if we have the item in stock or if we can arrange appropriate dispatch from our supplier.
Returns of any items purchased. If the product we supplied was not as described, did not provide the functionality sold or described in our proposal we will provide a full no quibble refund. We would expect the item to be in an "as new condition" apart from opened packaging. All instructions and other contents of the provided goods must be returned. Returns for any other reason must be agreed with the sales person who sold the product to you.
Payment. For systems, they will have payment terms set out within the proposal and they are included in the section - "The basis upon which we do business." Which is available to view on request, if you have yet to receive our proposal.
For minor works, telephones and peripheral items, if you have a credit account then we would expect to receive payment within 14 days of presenting you with the invoice unless there is prior written agreement for extended terms between us.
You can pay us via a bank transfer, our bank details will be found on your invoice, by cheque, which should be received to allow payment to be cleared within your credit terms, or via credit card.
Credit card payments can be taken over the phone, we use PayPal virtual terminal services. Any data you provide us with, to transact this, "over the phone" payment will not be held for future transactions.
Credit Card payments can also be taken via M12 sending you a link for you to enter your details. The service we use to transact this kind of process is Google Pay. Regarding this service, we do not get site of your credit card details as part of the transaction. The invoice from M12 via Google will have the wording that "This payment covers the amounts for M12 Solutions Invoices, numbered XXXXXXX. Etc.
Both types of credit card payment to M12 will mean that funds do not arrive with M12 for around 5 days after you complete the process.
None of the above delivery and payment statements above compromise your credit card guarantee or the terms of The Sale of Goods Act.
Sometimes, M12 will not provide goods or services without pre-payment or deposit if you do not already have a credit account set up with M12 Solutions Ltd. If you are purchasing a new system from M12 or plan to purchase additional items for the first time from M12 , do allow us to go through the process here of opening an account for you.
Privacy Policy
M12 Solutions will not communicate to any third party the details of your transactions with us. If you purchased a major system (for example over £10,000 in value) we would expect to be able to promote the contract, as part of our PR, unless you specifically asked us not to.
M12 will also not hold credit card details on file which you may have provided for payment of goods or services.
