 M12 secures important new business for Glass's Information Services Ltd. This is a significant deal for M12 which is being commissioned to replace their old INDeX phone system. Glass's chose a 140 extension ShoreTel Phone System solution after an extensive evaluation process and M12 were delighted to be chosen ahead of some very stiff competition. Allan Packer of M12 explains "I think it was our consultative approach and willingness to be very flexible that led to Glass's believing we would be the best telecoms partner for them." The ShoreTel system with its latest 8.1 software is the latest generation unified communications platform and with its contact centre module and web band audio conferencing bridge with instant messaging, it will provide a significant return on their investment through the coming years".
