We undertake a comprehensive assessment, including:

  • All contracts
  • All rates and obligations
  • Checking billing accuracy
  • Checking use of services being paid for

The assessment also provides you with a complete asset register of your communications estate, detailing every line and every service you are paying for.

How do we do it?

In order to carry out the Assessment, all we need from you is:

  • Details of your existing contracts and tariffs from the network providers you require to be analysed
  • Your last three months fully itemised bills from each
  • A list of your current office locations and any subsidiary companies
  • And that's it, apart from telling your telecoms suppliers that you're happy for us to talk to them.

The Veropath platform we recommend uses up-to-date information from all the tier one and tier two network providers and enables us to analyse your entire telecoms situation in fine detail, something which is impossible to do manually when bills are delivered by the box load! It can identify a huge range of issues including:

  • Unused lines
  • Expensive legacy contracts
  • Incorrect tariffs
  • Historic and current billing errors
  • Staff misuse
  • High-cost fixed line to mobile calls
  • Unnecessary maintenance charges

What does it cost?

We combine our Assessment and Benchmarking services into one simple charging structure as these are usually carried out together. This is based upon a percentage of your current annual telecoms spend as an initial fee, followed by a percentage of the savings we identify. If you prefer these two areas to be costed separately we can discuss this on an individual basis.

It's easy to find theoretical savings in almost any service, but with M12 and Veropath we don't deal in theories. Which is why we also we build contract termination costs into every recommendation we make. In fact, we're so confident of being able to offer genuine benefits, that if the saving we identify is less than 10% of your annual spend, then we refund the initial fee in full and you pay nothing.

Benchmarking

Accurate Facts. Clear Decisions.

Once we have completed your Assessment we are then armed with the facts we need to enable us to carry out the Benchmarking part of the process. This involves reviewing your current services against the marketplace to give you a true understanding of the options available, so that you can make informed decisions. This process helps you to achieve the best possible rates, terms and conditions from your supplier agreements, as well as ensuring that the any new contracts meet your needs first, not the network providers'.

How do we do it?

Step One

Based on the findings of the Assessment, we break down your transactions to identify detailed cost and usage patterns across your organisation. We then cross-check these with our database, which contains details of all the tariffs offered by the UK's tier one and tier two carriers. Once we have done this we approach your provider and other suppliers, without telling them who we're working for, to gather up-to-date competitive pricing information.

Step Two

Once you have reviewed the findings from Step One, we'll benchmark with the best we can offer from our providers which will end up with even keener pricing for you.

Step Three

the next stage is to compare your current billing detail against the revised tariffs and services. Over the years Veropath have found that around 50% of our customers are able stay with their existing providers but on much more favourable contracts, which enable them to achieve significant savings.
