M12 Solutions recruited two new sales team members via recruitment firm Pareto Law. Melanie Rigg-Milner and Oliver Green, both are recent graduates who were successful in passing Pareto's sales selection days where just 20% of applicants are considered to have real potential to succeed in sales. Says Andrew Skipsey, MD at M12 Solutions, "Its time for us to use our experience and depth to provide a professional induction of new talent into our industry. I am convinced this is the right way for us to build on our high standards and reinforce our sales of innovative telecoms solutions to new customers. Mel and Oli's first week covered a broad introduction to the business and our products and services with more detailed training courses will follow." To round off the week Oli and Mel and new colleagues went for a business lunch in Cowes on Andrew's Rib reaching speeds of up to 60mph! This week they are attending a week long introduction to sales course, part of Pareto's added value.
