Gottex Fund Management who are a Swiss hedge fund management business chose M12 Solutions in partnership with CCT, a UK Avaya Platinum Partner to design and supply their next generation global converged voice and data solution. M12 proposed latest generation Avaya Communications Manager and Audio Conferencing to provide single site appearance for over 200 users operating in 4 sites in North America, London and Lausanne. The M12 Solution also comprises a complete upgrade of the Gottex data switching with a new Cisco environment to support the voice and data wide area network. The investment which has a 3 year contract value of over £ ¼ million is built on a business relationship which goes back 2 years when M12 implemented their entry level global voice system.
